Custom Products:

Products that are made-to-order or customized in any way including engraving, monogrammed, resizing are not eligible for a return at any time and are final sale.

Ready Products:

Ready products are returnable within 20 days from the date of purchase. Products that are past 20 days can be exchanged with another product of same or equal value or for a store credit. Please contact us at sales@smitajewelers.com for returns older than 20 days. 

All returns must be:

• Unworn

• Have no signs of wear or damage

• In its original condition with tags still attached (if any)

• In all original packaging (box and pouch included)

Please return your order back to us in the original packaging it came in (or smaller), no oversized or large boxes will be accepted as these increases shipping rates. Any product shipped in large boxes will attract increased shipping fees due to large packaging and Smita Jewelers reserves the right to deduct additional shipping fees from the refunded amount when applicable. Should the returned item not meet the above return guidelines, Smita Jewelers holds the right to deny a return and have the item re-shipped to customers.
