Order Processing and Shipping Policy
All orders are processed in 3 business days post which your order is shipped. We will reach out to you at this point with shipping tracking number and estimated time you will receive your products.
The quickest shipping options we offer at the moment is 2 day air.
- All orders totaling over $50 are free shipping at Smita Jewelers. We use USPS, FedEx, and UPS for all of our domestic shipments. We believe in providing you with a seamless experience and to offer that we take the work of picking your carrier for you. All you need to do is pick your product and place your order, we take care of the rest from there on.
- Indicated shipping timeline is an approximate number of days an order takes to deliver post your order is processed, and does not include weekends, holidays, and any unforeseeable delays on the courier’s end (weather, volume, traffic, etc). Delivery may be delayed if a change of delivery option was submitted on the customer’s end. If your order consists of in-stock, shipping later and/or made-to-order pieces, the dispatch date may change. Make sure to check the dates indicated during checkout and on your confirmation email.
- By default we do not split your order even if it consists a combination of made to order and in stock items. If you would like to get some of the items sooner, please reach out to us at email@example.com with your order number and we will be happy to assist you.
- For deliveries outside of the US, please reach out to us at firstname.lastname@example.org before placing your order.
- If you need to make any changes to your order, including adjusting and cancelling of the order, or changing the shipping address, please reach out within 24 hours of placing the order. Kindly note that as our team works hard to get your order dispatched as quickly as possible, we may not be able to update your order upon request.
- All custom orders and made to order pieces including any engraving, monogramed items cannot be changed.
